Our air went out earlier today and I finally had enough and jumped on Yelp saw Air Woodlands and I sent a message to see if someone could help and Jeremy responded very quickly. Absolutely great service. I've lived in The Woodlands for twelve years and never had better service. I called Air Woodlands and Jeremy answered the phone, told me he could come out later in the day (it's Summer), kept in touch with text updates, came out when promised, and fixed my Lennox A/C for less than I expected. I highly recommend Jeremy Laurence’s company! They are efficient, knowledgeable, and competitive. Was looking for a good backup AC company for the awesome people I normally use when I came across Air Woodlands. Needed some emergency help on a rental home while my guy was out of town. Jeremy responded right away with a return phone call. Tried to walk me through some simple diagnostics, which I had already done. He met me at the rental within 45 minutes and we verified it was a frozen compressor. He priced 3 options, all reasonable, and I went with best solution for my situation. 2.5 hours later, the job was done. And this all took place starting around 5 PM, the day after a holiday! I'm seriously considering him as my new main "go-to" person. Everything about their service was great ... responded right away, good communication, friendly, competent, reasonably priced and efficient. And my tenants were thrilled they had their AC unit working again so quickly. Me too!

Want quick service, want to be treated like you matter as a customer?? Call Air Woodlands for that old fashioned treatment. Jeremy came on time (let me know when he was 1/2 hour away), identified the problem, discussed it with me, gave me solution and an excellent price to correct the issue. We had an issue with our heater not working and these guys came out and did a great job. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They tested our system and found the problem very quickly. They already had the part we needed in their service truck and it was fixed in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

After my AC fan unit failed. The team at Air Woodlands HVAC came out at 9:30 pm found out was wrong and had me squared away with a new part in no time. They were honest and forward something that is becoming increasingly rare with HVAC companies.

Flat out told me it wouldn’t be right to clean out our air handler in the attic because of the leaks in the coils, saved me about $500! And in less than a week they were able to replace the unit at a reasonable cost in about four hours! True professionals, kind and courteous and left our house cleaner than when they arrived, lol, by picking up after themselves! Really says a lot about the kind of people they are! Wouldn’t ever use anyone else!
